We collect only the data needed to value your car and contact you. We do not sell it or use it for advertising. Updated: 6 November 2026. If this translation differs from the Polish version, the Polish version prevails.
Data controller

What data we collect
Car valuation form: make, model, year, condition of the car and answers about documents, the address where the car is, phone number, email and photos of the car. Photos may show number plates, surroundings or people. Please keep people out of them.
Viewing request for a car for sale: name, phone number, preferred time and an optional message.
Technical data: IP address and browser information, used only to protect the forms from spam and abuse.
Language: we store the language of the page you used (Polish, English or Russian) with your request, so we know which language to contact you in.
Why and on what legal basis
Preparing a valuation, contacting you about your request, arranging an inspection and concluding a contract to buy or sell a car. Basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract and performing it (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Keeping records of car purchases and sales. Basis: obligations under tax and accounting law (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Protecting the forms from spam, site security, and establishing and defending legal claims. Basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Providing data is voluntary, but without a phone number and car details we cannot prepare a valuation or arrange an inspection.
How long we keep data
Requests after which we did not buy the car (including rejected ones) and their photos: 12 months from submission, then we delete them automatically.
Viewing requests: 12 months from submission, then we delete them automatically.
Data related to buying or selling a car: for the period required by tax law, usually 5 years from the end of the year in which the contract was made.
On your request we will delete your submission earlier, unless we are required by law to keep it.
Who receives your data
We do not sell data. We use companies that process data on our behalf and only as far as needed:
OVH (servers in France): hosting of the site, database and photos.
Cloudflare: delivering the site and protecting forms from bots (Turnstile).
Google: address suggestions in the valuation form. The address you type is sent to Google to show suggestions.
Telegram: notifications about a new request for our team (car details, phone and photos).
Email provider: sending the confirmation of your request to your address.
Some of these companies may process data outside the European Economic Area. This is done on the basis of a European Commission decision confirming an adequate level of protection (e.g. the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict its processing, port it, and object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Write to [email protected] and we will reply within a month. You can also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO; ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl).
We do not make decisions solely by automated means. The valuation in the form is approximate, and a person sets the final price after the inspection.
Cookies
The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) may store data in your browser needed to check that a person is sending the form. The site may save files in your browser memory so it works faster and offline. You can remove them in your browser settings.
